We both worked during the morning. Marilyn also got two pairs of sandals from China (Temu). Terry had ordered from there before, Marilyn had not. Terry's package, with her order, has not come as yet.
We dressed and left the house early to go get our mail. BOTH of our packages of mail were in the box! Terry did not have to call Des Plaines Post Office, but knew that they actually sent her mail because she could see what was coming to the Florida mail box and could track it.
Stacy and Michelle (her friend since grammar school) had lunch today for Michelle's birthday and sent a photo of the two of them at lunch after their pedicures.

We got to Spanish Springs early as parking was going to be challenging as there was a crafts fair there, in addition to the Three Tenors Plus One, at the Sharon. However, we found parking right across the street. Terry did most of the craft fair, where Marilyn only did a block - it was HOT in the sun and Marilyn was dressed for air conditioning. Marilyn sat on the porch of The Sharon in the shade, and could people watch and listen to the music.
Unfortunately, Devon Eatmon, whose career we have followed since he was our waiter when they had singing waiters, was ill and there was a substitute. We had tickets on the ground floor. At first Terry thought they were too close, but then thought they were perfect. Ethel and Steve were in the row ahead of us.
Tenors were Todd Wilander, Christopher Macchio, Justin Scarlat substituted for Devon. The woman was Heather Ard. As usual, Bill Doherty put the show together, played the piano, and sang a little.
After the show, we all went to Orange Blossom Country Club for dinner. We had bread pudding for dessert, which the ladies all shared, and it was only fair, but Terry finished it!
