We picked up Arlene and Joan and went to a craft fair at The Holiday Travel RV Park, in Leesburg. We each bought some earrings and we bought a few gifts. Joan bought a red pepper and a cake (that will become important later).
We had been wanting to try a restaurant in Leesburg that served Chicago foods. Great Chicago Fire Brewery and Tap Room. The owner is a fireman in the Chicago area and he commutes back and forth.
Terry and I split a Maxwell Street Polish and a Beef Sandwich.
Remember I said Joan's purchase of the cake would be important. We asked for a plastic knife when we were leaving the restaurant and Joan used the knife to give us each a piece of banana/blueberry cake while we were sitting in the car. The cake was excellent and moist.
On the way home, we stopped for gas and our mail (my box was there).
Terry napped and read, checked emails, and spoke with Mindy and Stacy.
I called the Township, checked emails, opened my box and sorted my mail (all while doing laundry).
We had a light dinner and will be resting for the balance of the evening.
