Another Tour

Friends, Ruth and Morley, visited today.  After a deli lunch at our house, with pina colata pie for dessert, we took them on a tour of The Villages.  We are getting quite proficient and should work for The Villages as tour directors.

After the tour, we came back to our house for a cold drink and made some calls to get them a hotel room not too far from Ruth's cousin who they will be visiting tomorrow. They went to Sarasota before coming here and are having a nice little vacation.

They decided on the Hampton Inn and left to check in.  We rested and then picked them up for dinner at Luigino's, a newer Italian restaurant in Spanish Springs.  We thought eating in Spanish Springs would be good because it was market night there, in addition to the music and dancing.

After dinner we walked around the square but it was cold (I know nothing like Chicago) but we have been spoiled and it was a chilly night.

Ruth and Morley forgot to pack castor oil, which they swear helps their joints.  They stopped and got some on their way to the hotel and bought me a bottle too for my knees.  A little dab will do it they say.  I'm eager to try it!
