This is Florida????

This morning it was 17 degrees in Des Plaines and 27 degrees in The Villages.  Something is wrong with this picture!

Tonight is another freeze warning.  People have had their plants covered for days now.

We got up early, I worked for an hour, had a quick breakfast and were out the door for the second half of our Smart Driver Course, conducted by AARP.  Just sent the certificate to my auto insurance company.  We are good for another 3 years.

From there, we went to Panera in Spanish Springs.  Terry had a  rewards card that had to be used by the end of the week and we each had our favorite soup.  Me-chicken wild rice, Terry - cheddar broccoli.

Stopped into Lowe's but they did not have what I wanted.

Then stopped into Dollar Tree.  Terry's nose bleed started again when we got into the car, so I took her home.

I went on to Publix and Ace Hardware (to return something).

Came home and Terry was resting.

I made dinner (the microwave and I are an unbeatable team) and we are reading and resting. 

We went to set up the second humidifier in the living room, that we bought at CVS, only to learn that it did not work.  So, that is an errand for tomorrow after the beauty shop.
