Insurance Discounts

What we won't do for discounts on our auto insurance!  We got up EARLY this morning to go to the Savannah Center to take the first three hours of a six hour AARP Safe Driving Course for seniors.  There was a woman in the front who had something to say every few minutes.  However, her accent (southern) was so thick, I had no idea what she was saying - didn't really care either!  We go back on Thursday for the last three hours.

Had lunch at the Glenview Club, overlooking the golf course (do you see a trend)!  We had wonderful salads in a pineapple boat!

Did a little shopping (another trend).  Terry got two pairs of slacks and I bought a pair of slippers, at Bealls Outlet.  It was Monday, so us seniors get 15% off with our Bealls Card!  Also bought some books at the used book store.

Terry made some wonderful little treats with melted chocolate chips, melted butterscotch chips and chinese noodles mixed together to serve when Diane and her friend Anita come over on Wednesday for their first mah jongg lesson.

After a spaghetti dinner, we did some bridge homework.  The pressure of homework on our vacation, will it never end???!!!

Also watched the Betty White 90th Anniversary Show.  She looks wonderful, cannot say that for everyone else on the show.  Looking especially bad was Mary Tyler Moore and Ed Asner.  Not walking so well was Carl Reiner.  Betty White, older than all of them, looked wonderful!  Even the President did a bit by video.
