Had a busy morning. I threw a couple of loads of laundry in and paid some bills (they seem to find their way to Florida). Terry showed me how to pay my Discover Card online!
Terry made chocolate-chip pancakes this morning and they were very good!
Terry was on the telephone with Mindy for awhile as they got ready for Terry to do some 1099's for clients.
After a bite at home, we went to an RV Show in the Walmart parking lot. I don't know why we keep looking, as I doubt that we will every buy one.
From there we went to Water Oak (a senior community of manufactured homes) just next to The Villages, where they were having an open house. We registered for a free TV and looked at the models, then drove around to see the community. The houses look well cared for. I never gave them my REALTOR card, as I don't think I would have anyone to send to them.
We then went to Spanish Springs to walk. Terry took some photos while we were there. The sun was not in a good position so the photos are a little dark.
The water cascading into a pond is on one side of the square. The gazebo is where the entertainment was scheduled to start about 1/2 hour from when we were there. The musicians had just completed their sound check while we were there. The statue is of the founder, Mr. Schwartz (I don't remember his first name). The Church is the Church on the Square, where they have entertainment, some nights for as little as $2 per person!
I made a steak dinner for us and now Terry is working on the 1099's and I'm checking email and then will read the paper.
For those of you interested in a weather report, it was almost 80 today!
