Another beautiful day in paradise

The weather here has been great and we are watching Chicago's weather and are happy that we are not there.  In Chicago, it's gone from in the 60's last week to below zero this week.  We are not missing that!

Thought we'd give you an idea of what our "offices" look like here at our rented house.  We both have our laptops and the printer is in between.

As you can see we have taken over the breakfast bar for our offices.  There is really no other place in the house that lends itself to an office.

My computer is the one with the blue screen, Terry's has gone to sleep for the night.

Today, after doing laundry, we had lunch at The Glenview Club.  We ate on the porch of this country club and enjoyed the scenery while enjoying our salads (which were yummy).

 

The lunch was a pineapple boat, with fresh pineapple, a scoop of tuna salad, a scoop of chicken salad, and other fresh fruit and some tomatoes.

We have eaten at three of the eleven country clubs so far this winter, so we have some work ahead of us to eat at all before we leave at the end of February.

Before going grocery shopping (again) we took a ride to see where our friends Sharon and Norman will be staying in February, but we could not find the house.  We found the street but not the house, so we may have had the wrong address.  We'll try again after checking the address with Sharon.
