Today, we got a late start getting out of the house. We talked about our Mom, who died 11 years ago today, and how she got up, showered and dressed and started her day. We don't quite do that - we work at our computers, have breakfast, a cup of coffee, maybe do laundry, and then think about getting dressed. She'd be horrified that we take our sweet time getting dressed.
Our Mom was a lady through and through. Look up lady in the dictionary and I'm sure her picture is there. We miss her every day. Rest in peace, Mom!
We decided to run some errands and went to the bank to get a supply of my famous $2 bills (that I tuck into envelopes for the kids on special occasions).
Went to AAA to get a Florida tour book, as we'd like to take more day trips.
Went to Kohl's as we both have store credits, but found nothing. On to Belks were we both bought something. Tried Bealls Outlet, but nothing screamed BUY ME.
Grocery shopping and then dinner at home.
Resting and reading tonight!
