Terry was up at the crack of dawn and out of the house to weigh in at Weight Watchers.
I was working while she was gone.
When she came back, we went to Lil Bits to meet Joy for brunch. We had a great visit - we have all been so busy that this was the first opportunity that we had to meet.
Of course, as we were driving away, it occurred to us that we had not taken a photo! Our bad!!!
As Olympic Shoppers, we went to Colony so Terry could return a blouse at Beall's Outlet and she found another blouse there. I found a pair of slacks there!!!
In the same shopping center is Anthony's - Terry found three pairs of slacks and one blouse. They were having a sale and it was very busy.
We came home to rest before crossing the street to go to Arlene and Joan's for dinner. It was a windy walk across the street. Ethel and Steve pulled up at the same time - good timing!!!
Ethel brought a shirt that she had purchased at Market Night, at Brownwood, that she wanted me to see. It has double meaning - since she and I are charter members of the "We Don't Cook Club." And, also a dead space in Pickle Ball is called the kitchen.
After our yummy dinner, Arlene showed us a bottle opener she had found in their rental house that she wants. We all went on our telephones trying to find it, but to no avail. All it says on it was: Made In China. Let me know if you know where to get one of these.
It is starting to sound like a storm is coming. Hopefully, it won't be too bad and we can go to the craft fair tomorrow.
