I even ironed - I'm getting so domestic!!!
We did catch up with the Finding Your Roots program that we missed seeing last night. Former Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, found out that he was 3% Jewish.
We finally got dressed and left the house for dinner at Barb and Bernie's.
Barb always gives us some food to take home. Today it was two chocolate strawberries for Valentine's Day.
She made a wonderful dinner We had lots of laughs and conversation.
They served champagne and I thought I would have to have Bernie help me get Terry into the car, as she had two glasses - but, she was fine.
We talked about Ron Miller, who was one of Terry's favorite religion instructors. Terry mentioned his book, Wisdom of the Carpenter, that we both enjoyed, and Barb had me order it from Amazon Prime while we were finishing our dessert..
